Corona Virus Update 19-03-2020

Due to the latest update about COVID-19, Catholic Youth Ministry Perth is following the advice from the Australian Government to cancel any gatherings of more than 100 people. Therefore until further notice, we are making the following changes:

  • Cancellation the Sacramentum Conference which initially was going to be held on 2nd – 3rd May 2020.
  • Cancellation of our weekly Mass and Lenten Series on Wednesdays.
  • Implementation of good hygiene and social distancing at our weekly Holy Hour on Wednesdays.
  • Cancellation of ACYF Mission: Challenge Accepted Part II on April 18th at Servite College

We are taking the necessary precautions in order to ensure that those involved in our ministries and the young people are looked after. Although at this point, we are not able to gather physically for those events, our team will endeavour to look for a suitable online alternative in the near future. So, stay hopeful and watch this space.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Let’s join in prayer and continue to share wonderful and joyful things in the midst of what’s happening now.
