Amazing Race – Somascan Style

Welcome to the End of Year of Youth Amazing Race, Som Style!

We have a fantastic Fremantle trail laid out for you. Racing around Fremantle, you will complete challenges, find secret locations, and decipher clues to make your way to the finish, and the title of Amazing Race winners.

Registration: 4-6 people per team and $5 per person. Send any of the contacts below a message to register your interest. (We’ll sort out payment options soon). Register by the 23rd of November, (so we can make sure we have enough clues). If you don’t have a group, but still want to participate, just let us know, we can work something out. 😊

Start and finish location TBA closer to the time.

As an incentive to try your hardest, we have a prize for the team that comes first!

Some tips for the day:

  • Wear comfy shoes. You’ll have to do a lot of walking so you don’t want to be getting blisters. And comfy clothes too. It’s going to be late November so it will probably be warm.
  • Water and Sunscreen! These are very important. We live in Australia, it’s hot, and we don’t want anyone getting burned or getting dehydrated.
  • Be respectful. Of your fellow teams, of the people around you, and of the places you go. Don’t misplace clues or items for the other teams.

We are hoping for a 12.30 meeting time so we can officially kick off the race at 1.00.

We are looking at around a 3 o’clock finish. We will all meet at the final location for a picnic afternoon tea together. There is no pressure to stay, but it will be nice to have a catch up amd a chat. 🙂

If you have any questions, feel free to ask anyone on the contacts below. Just send us a message through FB messenger. We are all happy to help. ☺ Hope to see you all there!
