Holy Hour Lenten Series – Coronavirus Update

Holy Hour Lenten Series – Coronavirus Update

Catholic Youth Ministry Perth is taking the necessary precautions in order to ensure that those involved in our ministries are looked after, while also preventing the spread of the Coronavirus. Therefore, effective immediately, if you have been overseas or have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19, have cold/flu-like symptoms (including shortness of breath, fever, sore throat, etc.), you should avoid attending our events. Self-Isolation measures of 14- days should also be practiced if you have recently returned from travel overseas (any country).

Please note that there should be no person-to-person contact during our events, with 2 metres needing to be observed between persons. You should also comply with measures put in place by the Department of Health to wash your hands on a regular basis. Please be advised, that beginning this week (18th March), we are temporarily disbanding our dinner and fellowship time after Holy Hour. This also means that our Lenten and Faith Formation Series will be cancelled until further notice.

HOWEVER, Mass and Holy Hour will still run as normal with social distancing measures put in place.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

We look forward to seeing you tomorrow as we come together to pray for each other during this time.
